Invest Panama is a company dedicated to making profitable property investment decisions. Most property investment companies look for the investor to take all the risk, whilst they take a fee for their involvement. Their fee will take many forms: commission from mortgage broker, from property seller, from professionals introduced etc - but they all have one thing in common - they make money whether or not you do.
Invest Panama is different: we look to become partners of each and every investor; if you don't make any money, neither do we. It is therefore not in our interest to pay too much for the property, or for professional fees, or mortgages, lawyers fees, etc.
Because we split the profits with each member and do not take a fee, you can be sure that we negotiate the best possible prices for everything.
We are looking for business partners - not clients from whom we can take a fee.
